With all promises, made during the campaign period towards building a "New Mwanza West constituency," the infrastructure developments is taking shape translating vision into golden reality.
Since Joyce Chitsulo came into a political space, the constituency has witnessed accelerated developments as voters continue to access basic amenities such as good bridges, healthcare transformation, new school blocks for better education, decent housing for the elderly, sports development, housing for the traditional authorities among others.

Chitsulo has so far constructed several bridges within the period of four years since she took over the position of being an Member of Parliament of the area.
"These road projects are evidence of my commitment to a transformative development agenda that enhances mobility, drive economic growth as most villagers will have access to transport their products and goods with ease and improve quality of their lives. Am here to confront persistent infrastructural problems that have been for a long time plagued economic growth in this constituency since I was young. So some bridges have been completed while others are ongoing wich is a great milestone but also pivotal moment in the constituency's modernity and efficiency," she said in interviews.
Chitsulo has since urged the people to go and register in large numbers and vote for her as she continues to accomplish more developments.
